Individual Agile Coaching available for Anyone based on the 5amMesterScrum 6 Month Programs.  We offer 3 different levels with each higher level including the lower level services:

• Level 1 Group and Individual Coaching via Slack Chat
  • Free for those that sign up to the 5amMesterScrum Email Mailing list pending approval and participation
• Level 2 Group Mastermind Coaching including Personal OKRs and Goal supported through Scrum Based Quarter Timeboxes
  • 3 Week Sprints, OKR breakdown and group feedback, weekly check-ins, Sprint Planning and Sprint Review
  • The key is accountability so you can achieve your goals
  • The Mastermind includes Level 1 slack access
• Level 3 Individual Coaching one-on-one with Greg Mester
  • Sessions 30 minutes each and once per week for 24 sessions.
    • Sessions can be moved due to conflicts
    • They are on a cadence
  • Individual Coaching include Level 2 Mastermind and Level 1 Slack chat
